With the pandemonium that was this past year, it’s easy to lose sight of some of 2020’s silver linings. Just for a moment, let’s disregard the constant fear-mongering and instead share in a reflection on the brighter sides of this year, and look forward to the year ahead.
2020 has highlighted the cracks in the business world’s operating procedures and has brought out innovative ways to fill those cracks and come out even stronger. Love it or hate it, widespread remote work is probably here to stay, and with it comes some exciting opportunities for improving cybersecurity, employee work-life balance, and company bottom lines.
This year has actually been a remarkable year for world peace, with a landmark agreement in the Middle East. Executive thought leadership has had the chance to create real value for those affected by economic difficulties brought by the COVID response. And all over the world, we’ve seen amazing instances of people coming together to get through a global public health crisis.
2020 hasn’t been great, but it’s given us a chance to slow down and take stock of what really matters. We here at Massive Alliance hope to take some of those lessons forward to the new year and build a better, more joy-filled future for all.
